Delivery.

I use 1st. class Royal Mail delivery to ship items from my store to you. Once an order has been submitted I aim to have the order processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. I currently ship in the UK and worldwide, however due to the current COVID-19 pandemic I can not provide accurate timescales for international shipping as there may be some delays.

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays and please bear in mind that due to COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipping.

Exchanges & Returns.

All stickers and sticker sheets are handmade by me with love and care. Due to the nature of handmade items no two products are 100% identical. All products are extensively checked and inspected for quality before being shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and have received a damaged, incorrect or missing product please contact me at studyscade@gmail.com to discuss a replacement or refund.
